I paid Apr. 05 BRL80K for 843m3, just on the left of the one on the photo. The one in the photo is 512m2 and is on the market for BRL185K.
The difference is that once I bought and strated constructing, the neighboors sprang into action. We opened the street. Paved and completed the stoirm drainage.

With those improvements, the heat up of the real estate had left only a few empty lots. Prices went up.
