Thanks. I didn't hear that one but you are right Bob mentioned the March 2003 in response to the caller's question. I don't see anything in the caller that makes him a basher. But maybe you have more information. Has Bob brought up the March 2003 recommendation on his own of late? He used to do it all the time to brag and my point is that he stopped bringing it up.
