Suffice it to say, if that graph were inverted I would not be trying to claim the following:

1) There is no global cooling.
2) If there were any actual global cooling, it stopped in 1998.

That is the difference between you and me. You look at the graph the way it is and claim the following:

1) There is no global warming.
2) If there were any actual global warming, it stopped in 1998.
