How studying Fourier's maths leads you to conclude that Global Warming is all on beats me.

For the very simple reason that the data since 1998 fits very nicely with all the over variance in decadel time scales (i.e. the same temporal frequency range).

Which brings us back to your nonsense about the current solar cycle. Please provide us with the details of how you know this one is going to be low. All you do is wave your hands and say there were low ones at various points in the past, therefore this next one is going to be low. Thats it. That is your entire theory.

All we can actually say so far is that cycle 23 was longer than expected, and the minimum has been relatively long and low (somewhere near 1 in 10 which is not all that extreme). There does not seem to be any particular pattern in prior cycles that allows you to take this data and predict that this means the next cycle is DOA. Thats the missing piece you need to supply, and no, Mq the Marv's eyeball says so does not count.
