Pete, Brinker has NEVER talked about "pre-refunded" GO's before. This was the first time he ever even mentioned them. Wonder how people who heard him say in October that they were "safe" and he "owned them," are feeling now that they have been made aware that the ones he owned were Treasury guaranteed, but he didn't bother to say so until yesterday. .
