If I was him, I would have made the exact same assumption. I agree that he should have stated that it was an assumption, but one can hardly blame him for making it. Personally, I would not call that a lie. In the same way, I never called Will L./newslettercheat/InvesTing a liar for doing the very same thing hundreds of times on a variety of boards for many, many years.
