I'm thinking it's a he because earlier today he flashed and there was a lot of red showing on his head and throat. He could be a she though? I'm not sure?

I don't know how to provide a spot for him to nest?

We think he's either sleeping in the pyramidalis or the large cedar trees in the side yard, but we really don't know where he sleeps.
