I watched the interview with Cheney, and he continues to be one of the most impressive figures I can remember in 35 years or so of following politics.

He is brutally honest, never, EVER tries to dodge questions, other than to say, "No Comment", and is one of the wisest political figures alive today.

That he has been rolled over by left wing lunatics and its partner, the media, is a shame, but it doesn't seem to bother HIM much.

I think he and Bush both know they're destined to be remembered very positively.

I would add that Condi Rice was interviewed yesterday by David Gregory, and that interview was excellent as well. She did the best job I've heard to date in explaining why the Iraq War is so important. Without mentioning WMDs once.
