I don't know that ANY president in history has taken such action during a war -- PERSONAL letters to the families of the war dead? Not in my recollection.

Your criticism here is strictly a product of your insane liberalism and democrat partisanship.

The FACT is that soldiers overwhelmingly believe in the missions in both Iraq and Afghanistan, and support Bush to the hilt.
