But he was good at putting on a serious show and making you feel compelled to do his bidding, not because you liked him, but for other reasons. Ask Dick Armey next time you run across him. That guy was no idiot, but Cheney managed to pull him into his camp. Of course, lying(or BS'ing as Armey puts it) effectively is a kind of people skill in and of itself. <G> craig
