This is a sore subject for me. I complained bitterly about this bill to my congressman before he voted in favor of the first one which did not pass. He answered me after voting in favor of the second one- " that they had to do something", which was not a satisfactory answer to me given that they had weeks of deliberation over it. I can only conclude that what Mark Twain and Will Rogers used to say about Congress hasnt changed all that much. I keep sending the Congressman emails but he no longer responds to them.
