If the company waits till the end of November to make a significant annoucement, I will add to my position. The stock will be cheap at that time.. Probably around .80.. Dave

Hi Jeff and all,
My name is sri and i bought in high at 3-3/4. I completely agree with you here. But OZON is probably on its way to cure the flu (at least the bacteria).

I called Melinda Ballard this morning and had a 30 minute conversation. The input she gave me was as follows:

1) Each different food processor has a unique requirement for instance a salad processor versus chicken would be entirely different. So each install for this company would a turnkey type of install, laborious and time consuming. Besides these guys plan to workaround each customers need and are not offering a dead-Good end design for the equipment. That is the reason why they chose to collaborate with Schyler or they could have bought the machinery themselves and install at all sites.

2) She told me that they have had numerous calls (About 60 ) after the news broke out from food processing. I still feel this one is not exposed well enough because most TV programs i have seen in the last few months have not even discussed O3 as alternative for food purification. I bet some newsletters will start investigating this stock for its potential. That takes around a month or so after news
is out. We can expect at least 5 deals out of that in the end. WHEN ???

3) Now before a deal is established with any food processor they need to do a trial to determine the exact quantity of O3 that needs to be sprayed to get decent results for the need of the processor. Once that is done they can apply for approval which may be a simple process considering the fact that FDA has granted GRAS status. This process takes upto 60 days. I bet they are already working on this first client which is why they signed a letter of intent with Schyler. In turnkey systems it is very important to serve the first customer with extreme care as he will be the one to spread the good/bad word around.

4) E-Coli and most bacteria are surface problems which can be eliminated by O3 right away. So it is more than a match for Irradiation techniques. Besides nutrients in food are wiped away which is why FDA has probably not given approval for beef Irradiation. There are lot of groups that will oppose FDA for doing that so too.

Unfortunately the street treats the stock in a different way. They want facts, figures and numbers. If you have seen VIFL has been moving up while OZON was coming down. There is not a piece of information from that company and it keeps building momentum on god knows what.
What is that ? Pure speculation.
I have looked around the web for more ozone vendors and did come across a few. But this is the only one that is currently being traded publicly and may be their timing is right. Others may not have so many options like publicly traded companies to raise capital to penetrate large markets. If one day FDA says they will not give approval for beef can you imagine what it would to to this stock as well as VIFL. I guess we can just hold on and see if this company develops a marketing force and comes up with a real good strategy to penetrate markets even if it means to share their profits with someone else (Partnership).

Later......
