I know exactly what you are talking about... There's no cure, but my bedroom is unique. It has a vette in the middle of it and 56 four foot florescent tubes in a tiled wonderland that I share with my dog. However my son surprised me this year when he told me Christmas which roughly coincides with the winter solstice was his favorite time of year because he got to see me and his sister.
