Hi Buzz,

My guess is that 3Q losses will narrow substantially, whereas the 4Q should be profitable. For the full year there will still be a loss. Starting next year I expect every Q to be profitable. To have a better feeling for the size of next year's profit we will need to first look at the next 2 quarters. As for the sale of their loss making division I have no negative news. Everything is on target, but you also know that unless something is really signed, there stll is some risk to it.

As to CXR, yes they are doing very well, they are now driving MCTL.
I think that the PCTH story will repeat itself with MCTL. With PCTH we also had to wait quite some time and the same will apply to MCTL. A doubling within the next 12 months should be realistic.

Regards,

Frank

Hey Buzz, you lucky guy, your waiting has been rewarded. Now you should be a proud owner of MCTL as the offer price has been trading below two bucks for some hours. The CEO is still traveling Europe. I would like to have some of your thoughts once you've finished your dd.

PCTH is holding up strongly in such an environment, bodes well for the future.

Pls e-mail me, I have some more things to share with you.

Talk (or better write) to you soon.

Regards,

Frank
