George, If I may butt in, this situation brings to mind the old SNL skits with Mr. Bill. It would seem with the poundings Rick is taking these days, somebody should be saying "Oh no, Mr. Bill." He has shown with virtually every post lately that it's possible to insert one's foot in one's mouth via a keyboard and modem. On a more serious note, if Rick's intentions were to bring balance to this thread, I think he has succeeded, although not by any efforts on his part. It would seem management at CCEE has done that for him. There is enough unhappiness among the members of this thread with that group to make certain questions are raised. In fact, I will pledge to the anonymous one that if will leave this thread right now with whatever honor he feels he has left I will gladly pick up the banner of balance, although in a much kinder, gentler fashion. Wow! Almost 40 words in one sentence. I'm well on my way. Steve T.
