Japan Exports Plunge Record 27% Yet China exports only dropped 2.2%. Maybe that is the next shoe. In China, exports fell 2.2 percent in November, which was the first monthly decline in seven years September and October are typically Long Beach’s busiest months as U.S. retailers take deliveries for holiday sales.
