shortsqueeze.com

looks like the short interest is low ...
don't know how current the data is ...

but it is taking it on the chin again, down 10%
looks like it is going under 2, may be a quick spike down to 1.80 ???

Looks like everyone is piling in short.

I don't know, is it that easy to short a two buck stock? I think it has become the vehicle of choice for playing oil rallies.

Why wouldn't the bears buy DTO? Is it because they don't want to put up $157 a share?

DXO has about 35x the trading volume in DTO but since the DTO price is 70x DXO, the dollar volume in DTO is twice DXO.

I finally bought some DXO this morning. To me, it is a $2 call on higher oil prices with no expiration date. Based on prior prices of DXO for $60 oil, it should be a double at $60. I know there will be slippages and inefficiencies along the way with these 2x ETFs but I am just going to put it away and be patient.

I would be very surprised if we don't see at least a spike to 60 by the end of 2009.
