David,

When the CEO stated that Datagraph would continue selling Encad products because they are complementary--that said a lot to advance your theory. It appears that RGFX is turning around this morning and is now in positive ground for the day.

Regards,
Buzz

David,

Next question--does ENCD have the money to buy RGFX?? I am not familiar with ENCD's background--are they an acquisition-minded company??

I'm back.

Had some computer troubles but got them fixed (sell Fujitsu if you have any )....

I planned on loading up on RGFX a couple of days before the announcement which was scheduled for the 28th and they announced early. I finally got a break! I bought alot more today under 6 just on the whole takeover thing.

In the conference call, they stated that datagraph would continue to sell ENCD products because they "compliment" RGFX products. They spent about 5 minutes talking about this. They also stated how some of their agreements have displaced Xerox products. If I were Xerox, I would be thinking that I could pick up some wonderful additions to my product line for around $100 mil at this point. As for HP, I wouldn't count on anything. The only problem is that I think ENCD may be half way through R&D on piezo.

Thoughts?
