Hi Shorts - You started this conversation by claiming that I brutally attacked you.

So far, this is what you have come up:

3 things - I'll respond to each

1.This is the only post of MINE that you cited so far

LOL - I'm still waiting.

"Waiting for Godot."

You too - have a great weekend and be well.

Shorts - for someone who goes around being critical of others, this is what you call a "brutal attack?" I said I was still waiting and laughing. Seriously, shorts, maybe you didn't get the joke and aren't familiar with the term "Waiting for Godot," but I can't imagine anyone seriously thinking that this was a "brutal attack."

Perhaps you wish to re-think this one. I'll be waiting (for Godot, LOL).

2. You cited ANOTHER PERSON posting to me as MY attack??

I can't control what others post. I follow a lot of boards. I don't always respond. I posted, and you cited my post, where I stated I knew very little about the stock and really was WAITING for information, both positive and negative.

I got a response from both of you. I never put a lot of effort into the stock as I only had shares from a related company and then sold those.

Do you seriously think I have to respond to every post? I follow about 200 stocks. As it is, I rarely sleep. I lost interest in JPHC and felt no need to continue even reading. Unlike others, I don't make a career of spamming over and over after I lose interest and have nothing of substance to add to the discussion.

How can any reasonable person suggest that my non-response was a "brutal attack?"

Please note that I have posted previously here to you a couple of times whereby you agreed with a cowardly poster who really did defame me and misrepresented my posts. You did more than agree in silence. You agreed in a post. Yet, despite the lack of any substance in the posts, in either yours or the cowardly hit and run poster's, I got no apology.

3. I did not respond to a post of yours. The post said that the PR's were false and misleading.

Again, how could any reasonable person think that a non-response was a "brutal attack?"

I can't remember if that is why I sold my shares or not, but, in any event I did. I didn't respond that I agreed with you or that I disagreed with you. I probably did not have any independent verification and felt it was best to defer to both you and survivor, both of whom were posting that this was a scam. Unlike others, I don't feel the need to post when I have little of substance to add and am already pressed for free time.

I suppose I could have posted, "yes, I agree," or "no, I don't agree." But, again, I don't think I owe anyone that, it's a waste of electrons, and clearly, it is no "brutal attack."

Shorts, again, I'll suggest to you that in the spirit of this holy season, perhaps you should take a deep breath, evaluate your own posts as you do others, be less personally involved, and think out clearly before you post what amounts to a false statement. To date, I see no "brutal attack" originating from me. I suspect almost any other objective reader would agree.

Have a nice holiday. :-)
