Thanks for the correction, I knew that was a weak point but was too lazy to look it up. I don't write much Italian, speak it more. May do it it again with you though and please correct me when wrong.
Cannot wait for the moment we are moving there full time, our place is now very liveable.

A minor correction from my side as well:

Assume "stai contento" and "stai alerto" are correct, right?
Or "sta' contento" and so forth.

Unless we may decide to get more formal due to some major disagreement (over Prius? LOL) and retort to "stia contento".

What do you say?
