The Supreme Court is the "check and balance".

If someone sues...and then they rule in favor of secularism, as was the case in Alabama's ten commandment case.

I think those people can just ignore what they don't want to hear and move forward.

Sometimes you can't ignore it. Prayer in school, or creation teaching can't hardly be ignored.

The Founding Fathers agreed with me. They were fine with prayer in schools, and certainly would not have objected to the Ten Commandments at a government building.

Yeah, well, the SCOTUS of Alabama, a very christian conservative state, disagreed.
