How would YOU know what Brinker considered? Unless you are he... Also, what does it matter in regard to the advice he gave to buy REGULAR CA GO Bonds and his slimy refusal to answer the question about what he recommended on the radio? He either bought regular CA GO bonds and they were called away... or he invested some NEW money in these prerefunded bonds and sold his CA GO bonds... but none of it matters if he recommended the regular CA GO bonds on the radio. Now that you brought it up, I'll remove that part that is confusing about reinvestment risk and perhaps mention he is using the bait and switch tactic to talk about a completely different investment.
