Thanks for the advice Karen, I will take it to heart.

We are going to have another Christmas dinner today with my doctor, his wife and their many grandchildren. It will be so nice and we went to their home last Christmas and just enjoyed it so much talking with their grand kids.

This morning I had a call from a girl friend who lost her husband ten years ago and she told me she had a man in her life now, one that she and her husband used to spend a lot of time with he and his wife. His wife died six years ago and he nursed her until her death. My friend said she was just flabbergasted when he called her. He had heard she was widowed from some other friends of hers and her husband who live in Louisiana and said he was going to look her up and call her. I am just so happy for her as she is a wonderful woman and we have enjoyed a very good friendship a good number of years. Isn't it strange how things like this happen? I just think it is wonderful and I wish them much happiness together. I think this is a wonderful story to share. Life does go on after one's love of their life passes on. Is it fate or just how God works in our lives?
