I plugged my 178lb and 6'2" and I got 22.9. That's middle of "normal" range, but last time I checked, my body fat was just north of 17%, so I know I need to go down, especially with my waist.

I was wearing 32" waist pants (comfortably) when I was fully grown, at age of ~19, and that's what I think my waist should be.

I could use some more exercise, to go from sporadic to regular. If I do, it is possible that I will gain some muscle, which is why I am mainly thinking waist size rather than pounds. But I am going to keep track of both.

Joe
