oh please. bad as it is, has nothing to do with RE or mortgage brokers

he was an aerospace worker....(who may have lost his job)

horrible horrible story, guy cracked at the end of a bitter year long divorce

sickening story, one that i've seen before, except with less carnage....not to be construed as any *excuse* for this POS, but some divorce settlements are like death sentences, financially speaking....add a potential job loss on top of it, the guy goes postal....not the first time, and won't be the last

Ironically, Covina is ground zero (among others) in the So Cal subprime/foreclosure mess. This is a sickening story, and we are inundated with it here, you guys might be too.
