Interesting article.... Yes, Cox has been at best mediocre, but likely worse then that. Like a deer caught in headlights, he's just seemed unable to 'get off the dime' at a time when fast thinking and real action is especially important. (No, as to your comment that you hope the article is not too optimistic... count me in that column as well! The problem is that the longer after this 'waterfall collapse' in markets that the economy is permitted to just twist slowly in the wind, the deeper and more sustained that the recession is likely to become. Momentum becomes the enemy.)
