That's more than the Madoff investors will ever see. Wonder where that money went?

Hi hui zhou/anyone,

I was one of the unfortunate investor, who lost a substantial money in Enron in 2001. I was stupid enough, to follow my analyst recommendations. But I haven't filed any claims at all. In 2002 I did contact my broker E*trade, but I was asked to wait.

Is it too late to file a claim?? or Is there is any chance for me to recover some of my losses. Most of the money I lost, was a few days/weeks before Enron filed for bankruptcy.

I really appreciate any help.

kd

Did you get a 1099 or other tax document? Have you any information on the reportability of the distribution?

Thanks,
