Lots of churches close, and lots of new churches open up.

I practice Christianity........I pray to God and Jesus from time to time but I rarely go to church. I guess I am the exception.

Your entire sad branch of Christianity started in Great Depression. It's not surprising it's making a comeback in the Bush Depression. People begging God for money so they can make those flat screen payments!
