Tejek,

I've seen projections, both recent and over the years, that Seattle housing and job market will fare better than most anywhere else in the States.

My buddy moved there about ten years ago and just stole a fantastic house on the West side with amazing views. I think he is up about 500% on it (he got it cheap because someone was shot and killed there as it was a high roller drug dealers pad). He will never leave Seattle. He loves it.

Weather pattern changes very slowly, "like an oil-tanker",
once it changed, it changed.
