Thankyou, Neeka, There was an article in the NYT's in the last couple days that talked about people "prospering" from this downturn. People that had been influential during the "savings and loan" tribulations of the 1980's were using their expertise and cash to prosper from this mess too. It always seems like a "short list" of people create these problems and a "short list" of people benefit from them too. Amazingly those "short lists" seem to overlap. "Some people are weathering it quite well" I'm sure if the internet had existed in 1929 and 1930 we would have heard much the same thing from "high end remodelers", but I wonder what we would have heard from them in 1931 and 1932??
