Doesn't being Jewish help a lot? Aren't a lot of actors we don't think of as being Jewish, actually Jewish? Hollywood was invented by Jews. What's with you and the Jews? There are some Jews in Hollywood.....some of the big studio heads were Jewish but I don't think that's so much true now. Actually, I don't know for sure. As for actors, camera men, gofers, directors, best boys et al, the ones I met were all religions or not. One of the money men from the movie "Pearl Harbor" was in my tennis club. One time we were playing an LA club, and he began jabbering at a player from the other club in a foreign language. I asked him "What was that about. Was that Hebrew?" He said no, it was Yiddish! He said there were a whole big group of connected Jewish moneymen in LA, and a lot of them spoke Yiddish I believe Yiddish is a bastardization of German and Hebrew. Hebrew is an old language and is hard to learn and speak it. I think Yiddish was an easier alternative. I'll ask Z.
