They don't have to readjust much. Their friend's circle and business life is among like minded people.

The only problems are pollution and traffic, which are difficult to avoid.

Brazilian of Japanese origins return in droves from job stints in Japan. Those grandsons and granddaughters of Japanese immigrants, have been in Japan for the past 20 years. Laboring in car parts factories, agriculture and other jobs.
They Asian features made them blend well there although mane didn't speak any Japanese at all.

Now quite a few are returning since the jobs are going to heaven. They are similar to the illegals in the US: Live in cramped quarters, save, save, save. Return to invest in Brazil.

At a time they send more money than the soybean exports!! The UN says 10 million will leave the OECD countries.
