AQ, TB @ 116.05 up 29/32. In case bonds do continue to breakout to upside via flight to quality, is your target 117.05 and up a view of "defationary perspective" or more of "global equity unraveling"? Thanks in advance. JT

<< Take care if bonds close above 116.28 >>

It took me awhile to get your drift, but I assume you are worried about TOO MUCH money flowing into bonds at the expense of equities?

Ike,
Initial claims look good- a close above 960 will be imperative- markets in UK France recovered a lot of lost grounds after a benign reaction from US- but take care if bonds close above 116,28 we may see this weakness continue - for me it is important for bonds to close around 116,08-15 levels that would confim to me that bonds and equities will be safe haven in case of worsening of this crisis, if bonds alone move up I will after 117,05 and if SPZ is still below 960- short the market. Look at my levels.
This is the reason I admire your analysis and trading so much. You comprehend a lot of date very quickly and are very flexible and you have a clear strategy and game plan. Lack of a clear strategy and a plan of attack are my shortcomings. Often, I let my emotions rule.
