Zeev, I've un-nibbled. Looks like this dog is going to continue to draw carrion flies. I don't mind bottom fishing, but this guy has some real structural problems that could keep it stuck in the mud for a long time IMO.

I was under the impression that these convertible debentures had a set conversion price, which was much higher than the company's stock price since June 30, which led me to assume none of these would have been converted this quarter. Can someone verify this? I'll check into it as well.
