Don't consultant services have lower margins?

Risky,

CBSL #'s were very, very good...Their gross margin could increase rapidly with offshore ramping up. The only # that wasn't overly impressive was LOC, but once again I feel the best is yet to come.Stock moving up a bit now...

Risky,

Tool time may be slowed for now. However, in my opinion, they will have their heyday during the true "panic time" -- late 1998 & 1999 thru 200?. Companies starting late won't have a choice -- all the programmers will be taken.

I work in state government and we CANNOT fill programmer positions TODAY! The state is even planning a "Summit" to figure out how to keep the programmers that are left. Fat chance!

Regards,
Norm
