Of course it wasn't specific to Pamela's narrow question. Rather it was Brinker's way of introducing the entire GO pre-refunding matter to his listeners. It sent many a totally clueless rank amateur scurrying to free financial sites to find out just what Brinker was talking about. And they still didn't get it!
