Yes. Although it's time once again to look at burn rate and cash on hand:

C/B - T + U = S

where
C = Cash on hand
B = Burn rate (the cheery crackle of burning money)
T = Time to market (or other significant event)
U = Unknown wild card (acquisition, toxic drug,...)

S = Success if > 0
= Semi-sweet if < 0
= Sour if << 0
