At least you have thought it through. It will probably take something like that.

If you are going to divide Iraq the Sunnie, Shia and Kurds need to have their own tribal areas and stay seperated, I think.

I think as soon as we leave the Shia will lord over the Sunnie and we will probably need to protect the Kurds in the North.
