How long is the usual lag between Sitka sending a letter to its clients and posting it on the website? The latest letter is the August 2008, for July.

And, you are a contributing "professor" on Minyanville, indicating by the quotes that you are probably not a current professor at a college or similar institution.

Is "professor" a title or level within Minyanville? Are any of those "professors" currently professors at accredited colleges or universities?

Why do you put professor in quotes on your About page, but in your post today you just call Fil Zucchi a professor?

And, you refer to Fil Zucchi's buzz, but all I could find was his column "Crunch Time" stamped today at 10:07 am, with a reference to reverse migration in the 3rd to last bullet.

May I have a link to the piece with the portion you excerpted?

Mish it's amusing: the US "cure" is for the Chinese to become consumers, and Big Spenders. Catch our disease, and everything will be OK.

Even if their government tells them to spend like Americans - which it won't - by and large the Chinese people will remain industrious and thrifty.

It's culture not policy, and it's not going to change.
