Well Hawk I have a house that doesn't run on any power but renewables. Eric.. that's all well and good and I congratulate you.. If you were able to implement those changes in a cost competitive manner, that's fantastic. But your house is not the total economy and nothing is manufactured there (at least legally.. ;0) Thus, a reliable and available (24x7) power generation capacity is required and neither wind or solar will provide that at a comparable cost. That, ALSO, is "simple physics". Hawk
