I despise "mulligans". Clinton was always doing it...

If you're going to practice, then practice. If you're going to play and keep score, then play by the rules. I walk away when friends start discussing which rules they are going to ignore, keep my money in my pocket, seen too many bets won and lost before the game even started.

Of course with liberals, it depends who you are that determines if you're cheating or not.
