So Congress on January 5 or later is the new Congress.

They deny, and come back with the split I suggest.

Or just deny period; and turn right around and do a Part 1, 2, ...n after they get the look see I suggest or conditions they want.

I agree with John Paulson that if Buffett got 10% for senior preferred (and that's what FRE and FNM will pay when they issue SP), Treasury should not be giving it away for 5% for 5 years. I wouldn't quibble about the 9% in year 6.

H. R. 1424 is 451 pages and I don't feel like searching it now.
