Very difficult question. Is it early days on LSG and QMI or have they been fully discounted by market moves and the perceived stage and extent of the resources. I think QMI moved on the KL stuff, and not on Upper Beaver Fease which was positive. But will it ever make money when they get into it. For some strange reason, KGI has never made money on its 0.357 material when profit should have been half their output. The D zone and the QMI stuff is better grade and wider, but will they find their legs on this stuff? Good question. They are only operating at 500 tpd, when scale demand more tone. Points to a shortage of skilled people which is one thing that plagued the ill fated Operation Campbell Chib in Quebec of the Copper Rand. I always felt I knew when things were starting to coalesce in a gold play, but there are many hidden variables, and unfortunately today they are all too well hidden. The market moves when it knows, so you follow that for sure. Aurelian and Gold Eagle should have been bigger plays if they had not come when the market was collapsing and jurisdiction in one case were going into commie land grabs.
