It would be nice if they would tell patients in Michigan what they need to do to avoid being arrested and then released.

Many think that the new law will go into effect in April.

This is the deadline for the department of community health to begin accepting applications for the ID card.

In the meanwhile, the new law went into effect on 12/4/2008.

No one has issued any clear guidelines.

People are having their medicine seized and destroyed in the process of seizure.

Seizure of lawful marijuana is against the law in Michigan.

The police are breaking the new law. And no one is stopping them.
