War is nasty business. If the Palestinians don't want it for themselves, it is within their power to stop it.

Unfortunately, the Palestinians have shown time and again, for decades, that they don't want peace. They want war. They choose it time after time after bloody time.

There is no "proportional response" in war. You kill the enemy however you have to.

Oh, and before I forget, you are an idiot.

Of course not - there's always civilian deaths in war - in this case though Hamas strategy is as you know to help that by storing weapons next to schools and the like. They're a low budget outfit using classic force multipliers and techniques to gain sympathy - which works rather well on you.
