The dry shippers are up today
DRYS is up 1.50 and shares are 11
The shippers have dropped 80 to 90% this year

Saw an article that people are buying today because of others selling to lock in losses for tax purposes and the buyers are hoping to sell in January on a bounce effect and make 20% to 30% then go on vacation the rest of the year
