Wayne - the latest S3, filed on Oct 14, page 21, under the subheading COMMON STOCK ELIGIBLE FOR FUTURE RESALE, has the snapshot as well as the formulae for conversion for the debentures and prefers.

Wayne, you are right, these were not floorless, but i think that some might have been converted early in July (see a bunch of filings I think these are 423b or soethnig like that). I have no idea how much, but if you sum up all tthese filings in Edgar you might be abled to come up with a number. Of course, each such conversion increases the equity side of the balance sheet.
