They sound awful interesting. Never had them. Well I have assembled NYE dindin. 6 cherry stone clams, 2 small lobster tails, 12 mussels, 12 bay scallops and 6 shrimp. This will all be in a large pan with white wine, tomatoes, garlic, onions and chorizo sausage and will simmer until everything is done. Divide and pour the broth over your creation and then pour a glass of Marsanne and have at it. I will also make some little garlic toast with Parmigiano-Reggiano on them to mop up broth. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful NYE and New Years Day. I can't believe we are staring 09 in the eye. Where in the world did 08 go?
