Well, I think I would drop the conspiracy word, I just couldn't find the correct word to identify the issue, I'm not an attorney... jlallen clarified and described the term very nicely... I think it's more like soliciting a bribe, or attempting to solicit a bribe... whatever it is, I'm sure those in the know will come up with the right allegation, they really don't need my assistance on that one, but of course we're all here to help them when asked, and even when they don't ask...<g> GZ
