Doug, we don't count, they take us for granted.

Probably as it should be anyway, our economies are so thoroughly linked that it is quite reasonable for us to consider the US as the 11th province.

Mayber he was thinking in terms of trade deficits. Japan is still holding on to #1 position with China gaining fast.
